At Flow Golf Clothing, we are committed to delivering a premium shopping experience with fast shipping and a straightforward return policy.

1. Shipping

Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation (typically within 24 hours) and shipped via UPS. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

2. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on location and UPS schedules. Flow Golf Clothing LLC is not responsible for delays once the order has left our warehouse.

3. Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color on your first exchange per order. Please contact support@flowboldly.com to initiate an exchange and confirm inventory availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a free exchange or full refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to begin a warranty return.

6. Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless due to a defect.
